Bear Valley is far too dependent on water imported from outside our valley. Today, the majority of the water we use comes from wells in Cummings Valley. As a candidate for the Bear Valley Community Services District Board, I believe that sound finances are the foundation of everything we do. The Community Services District is completing the independent audit for fiscal year 2024–2025 and has just begun the audit for 2025–2026 (the year that ended in July 2026).
