Dr. Warren Jaul is an experienced leader, serving his local community with passion and decades of cultivated expertise.
Using his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, he has proven himself to be an innovative problem solver in test facility operations, project management, scheduling, design, and technical advancement. He successfully led diverse multi-agency engineering teams at the Naval Air Weapons System, China Lake, with an open ear and an eye for detail. Showcasing his expertise, Warren holds two US patents for the Low-Cost Supersonic/Hypersonic Wind Tunnel and the Munitions Cook-off Warning System.
Most recently, he is a facility operations consultant at the Naval Air Weapons Center and a respected educator in high school physics, calculus, and rocketry. Warren's commitment to his community is evident by his positive impact on those he teaches.
Warren is seeking a seat with the Community Services District Board to apply his broad skills, expertise, and passion for the endurance and healthy sustainability of our community.
As a dedicated resident of Bear Valley Springs, he will listen to community experts who have on-the-ground experience, and will implement thoughtful processes for sustained fiscal oversight, ensure timely project completion, and lead the way toward operational excellence with safety and fiscal sustainability as his priorities.
Personally, Warren is a steadfast husband, father, and friend. You might find him enjoying his daily walk, puzzling over an idea, encouraging his students, or sharing a meal with friends and family.
