A Thoughtful Leader
I am talking to our leaders, workers, and community members to fully understand the issues troubling the community.
I will be committed to working out realistic and sustainable plans to ensure that our community will be thriving for this and future generations of residents.
Experienced Project Management
With my decades-long history of leadership in education and engineering projects, I will delegate leadership tasks, give recognition to our on-the-ground workers, and take responsibility for moving our community forward.
Fiscal Responsibility
There is an urgent need for responsible budgeting, cost allocation, up-to-date record keeping and auditing.
Our budget has not been faithfully attended to in the past. I will bring it up-to-date with transparency.
Taking The Long View
The issues are all around us: water seeping from the roads, defaced Flock cameras, uncertainty about infrastructure repairs. I understand these issues and the steps required to address them. Mine is a grassroots campaign committed to understanding the heart of our locals and our needs. I will take the practical steps to fix these problems. My vision is to create a sustainable community without just using stopgap measures that won't address the root of the problem.

The Road to Change

My priority is to strengthen the District’s financial position and raise our credit rating.
I will push for a consistent, proactive maintenance program that extends the life of our existing roads.
Maintaining our roads is basic, practical stewardship that benefits every resident who drives, walks, or rides in Bear Valley Springs.

Public safety is a core responsibility of the District.
